[Remote] Product Designer

Global Recruiters of Covington (GRN) is partnering with a growing lifestyle brand in the luxury tabletop category to hire a Product Developer/Designer. This role is central to creating cohesive product collections across ceramics, textiles, and mixed media, and involves working closely with the founder and cross-functional partners to translate creative ideas into market-ready collections.ResponsibilitiesLead product development from concept through production, creating cohesive tabletop collectionsTranslate inspirations into production-ready designs, including patterns, decals, and mockupsManage color consistency and material execution across ceramics, textiles, and mixed mediaPartner with overseas vendors to ensure products are delivered on time, on spec, and on marginMaintain development timelines, troubleshoot production challenges, and manage workflowsSupport packaging design and collaborate on assortment planning and product flowWork cross-functionally with design, sales, operations, and marketing to align on product strategyCommunicate with manufacturers and travel periodically for product reviews and trade showsSkills2–5 years of experience in product development or product designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience creating artwork for product applications (patterns, print, or surface design)Understanding of materials and production processes, ideally in ceramics or textilesStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to collaborate effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCompany OverviewGlobal Recruiters® Network, Inc.
