[Remote] Product Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inclusion Cloud is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in both UX Research and UI design. The role involves leading the end-to-end design process to create user-centered digital solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity designDesign seamless user experiences across web and enterprise platformsDefine and apply design system standards and reusable components to ensure consistency and usabilityPartner with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedbackCreate user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools to communicate design concepts effectivelyContribute to the continuous improvement of product design processes, usability testing practices, and accessibility standardsEnsure that design solutions align with the organizations strategic goals and technical constraintsSkillsBachelors degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar roleStrong experience in UX Research methodologies and UI design executionExperience designing for complex digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systemsStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with measurable business impactProficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale in EnglishStrong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams in agile environmentsCompany OverviewWe create amazing cloud experiences.
