[Remote] Product Designer

Pogo is a company focused on consumer insights, and they are seeking a Product Designer to lead the design and creative direction for their new B2B platform and consumer app. The role involves designing user experiences from exploration to launch, collaborating with engineering and go-to-market teams, and shaping the design culture within the company.ResponsibilitiesDesign core product experiences end-to-end, from early exploration through launch and iteration for our up-and-coming B2B platform and consumer app with 3 million users (and growing)Craft polished, delightful interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our data and AI technologySweat the details - layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, interactionsHelp define the product roadmap and lay the foundations for our design language, systems, and cultureFind creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, startup environmentBe 1 of 2 designers (for now), working cross-functionally with engineering and GTMSkillsExperience designing software productsYou design quickly and efficiently, using Figma to gain super powers and reach 'escape velocity design'You're a design nerd at heart. You have a very high bar for design quality and strong opinions about what 'great' looks likeYou actively use LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude in your design workflowYou're relentless in pursuing the best solution - willing to explore, iterate, and even scrap a lot of your own work if it means creating a stronger productYou're a full-stack designer.
