This role involves extensive user research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the management of design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.ResponsibilitiesSupport in-depth user research to identify needs, pain points, and workflows within specialized domains, ensuring designs are precisely tailored to each persona’s contextMaster the art of balancing visual appeal with usability, creating seamless user experiences that adhere to core usability and accessibility principlesCraft compelling UI artifacts, including iconography, typography, texture, patterns, color, and visual hierarchy. Deliver outputs such as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual mockups, and interactive prototypesStrategically structure and organize content and data within digital products to ensure intuitive navigation, interactivity, and claritySimplify intricate workflows, accommodate diverse user roles, and integrate the human element into designs for complex user scenariosPartner effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraintsChampion the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met from requirements gathering through usability testingConduct rigorous testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously enhance product functionality and user experienceCreate, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive suite of reusable UI components, tokens, libraries, widgets, and design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital productsSkillsMinimum 6-8 years of experience in Product UI and Interaction Design, UX, or related rolesStrong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles, frameworks, and best practicesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsIn-depth Design System experience and expertiseAbility to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environmentStrong analytical skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable design solutionsProficiency in visual design principles, layout, balance, contrast, responsive and adaptive design methodologies, typography, iconography, and color theoryAbility to create interactive prototypes to test and demonstrate critical data visualization concepts, with expertise in micro-interactions, feedback loops, motion, interactive gestures, and behavioral characteristicsUnderstanding of core accessibility best practices and guidelines such as POUR (Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust) as defined by WCAG, considering diverse user needs from inception to experienceExpertise in organizing and structuring content and data for easy navigation, interactivity, engagement, clarity, and usabilityExposure to the latest AI environments that enhance, improve, and amplify the quality of design outputs related to user research, strategy, testing, and product/data application solutionsExceptional communication and collaboration, problem-solving and creativity, attention to detail and organization, adaptability and flexibility, critical thinking, human-centered design, receptiveness to feedback, empathy, and time managementBachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, User Experience, or a related fieldCertifications in HCD/UX/UI design or related areasDeep expertise with any of the following tools: Figma, Storybook, Claude Design, Zeplin, Miro, Claude Cursor, Figjam, Notion, CoPilot, Userzoom/UsertestingBenefitsMedical health insurance and dental insuranceLife insuranceEligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable)Company OverviewWe supply Fortune500 clients with the best talent on the market!
