Actively uses tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar to accelerate workflows and prototypingPrototyping mindset. Comfortable moving from concept to prototype to iteration, focused on learning and improving quicklyCollaborative approach. Partners closely with product and engineering throughout the design process, shares work regularly, and communicates design rationale clearlyResearch-driven. Participates in and conducts usability testing and customer conversations to connect design decisions to real user needs and outcomesAdaptability.
