They are seeking a Product Delivery Project Manager to support the deployment of Zoom & Polycom Phone products across the CLIENT's Retail Branches, focusing on project deliverables, data integrity, and providing metrics and reporting.ResponsibilitiesTrack project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom phone at each branchUpdate the status of deliverables in a centralized repositoryManipulate spreadsheets, including those used as data input for Zoom implementationsUploading spreadsheets and submit webforms into a centralized repositoryParticipate in various project meetings and as necessary, assist Product Delivery Manager by recording meeting minutesQuality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy / data integrityProviding routine metrics and reporting on ZoomTrack project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom phone per branch and updating the status of deliverables in a centralized repositoryManipulate and upload spreadsheets and submit webforms, including those used as data input for Zoom implementations; quality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy / data integrityParticipate in various project meetings with, or on behalf of, the CLIENT'S Product Delivery ManagerActively track daily deployments; track issues and mitigationsAssess deployment process and offer suggestions for process improvementResearch any opportunities to improve the project's Monday.com repository and where applicable, participate in the hands-on administration of the toolBack-up / Back-fill CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager under certain circumstances (where possible, these scenarios will be planned)SkillsStrong focus on accuracy and attention to detailProficient/Strong with Excel including basic formulas, pivot tables, graphing (Required)Proficient in PowerPoint (Required)Technical Problem-Solving skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Proficient time management skills; sense of urgencyAbility to track a project through its lifecycle to successful deploymentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and industry that is continually changingAbility to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates2-4 years' experience as a technology Project Coordinator8-10 years' experience using PC in business environment including MS OfficeHighly Proficient in Monday.com (Required)Minimum Beginner-Level Experience in Applying and/or Developing AI to Solve Problems (Required)Strong Technical Problem-Solving Skills, with Strong Fundamentals in Data Networking (Required)Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Required)Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plusExposure to Monday.com is a plusExperience with Tableau dashboarding (Preferred but not Show Stopper)Telephony experienceBenefitsWork alongside industry-certified expertsAccess continuous trainingEnjoy competitive benefitsAbility to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion datesRemoteCompany OverviewNew Era Technology is the AI, application, and infrastructure partner that simplifies, secures, and scales technology across modern work environments.
