They are seeking a Product Content Specialist to manage and optimize product data and content across various platforms, ensuring high-quality descriptions and specifications while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain product data within the PIM systemEnsure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and updatesCoordinate with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issuesPartner with teams in the creation and maintenance of high-quality product descriptions, specifications, images, and other contentEnsure consistency and accuracy of omni-channel product information for use across all platformsConsult with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to gather and create necessary contentSubmit and lead Service Desk requests to facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of content related issues and/or completion of stakeholder requestsPartner with stakeholders in the creation and maintenance of high-quality non-PIM web elements associated with product category navigational pagesCollaborate with stakeholders in the creation and maintenance of high-quality Flexible Article Template pagesSubmit and lead Service Desk requests to facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of WCS related issues and/or completion of stakeholder requestsReference web elements on PIM related contentPartner with stakeholders/ SMEs to optimize product content for SEO to improve visibility, searchability, and rankingLeverage all platforms available at Agilent to optimize content such as BrightEdge, GA4, CrazyEgg etcKeep abreast of process changes in the content ecosystem such as the use of generative AI, introduce to stakeholders, and integrate into Agilent content processes as neededKeep abreast of new platforms in the content ecosystem such as new BrightEdge modules, introduce to stakeholders and integrate into Agilent content processes as neededImplement best practices for content formatting and presentationRegularly review and update content to reflect changes in product offeringsLeverage our content investment to expand and measure the impact of content optimization across our organizationDevelop strategic dashboards to monitor and analyze content performanceGenerate reports on content effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvementTrack key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and search rankingsAssess competitor rankings and SEOWork closely with PIM Analysts, the Publishing team, the Writing Center of Excellence, and the Localization team to ensure alignment of product content strategiesProvide training and support to stakeholder team members on product content requirements, usage, and best practicesEnsure stakeholders understand the effort required to support a high-quality digital content strategy and the positive impact it can provideCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their content needs and requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand new content needs and requirements including PIM hierarchy, website navigation, product attribution and web componentsCollaborate with PIM Analyst team to implement new content needs and requirementsCollaborate with Content Colleagues to ensure consistency across AgilentAssist in the creation and entry of high-quality product descriptions, specifications, and other contentSubmit and manage Service Desk tickets to support NPI / M&A needs and requirementsSkillsBachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent4+ years relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy or e-commerceProven experience with PIM systems and digital content platformsStrong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategiesExperience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and M&A content integrationProficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., BrightEdge, GA4, CrazyEgg) is a plusFamiliarity with generative AI and emerging content technologies is a plusBenefitsPlus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefitsOption to work remotelyCompany OverviewAgilent Technologies addresses the scientific and laboratory management needs of analytical scientists and clinical researchers.
