Technical Specialist

As a Technical Specialist (Product Support Specialist), you will play a key role in ensuring accurate product configuration. This role involves configuring and managing data, performing manual and bulk imports, and adhering to established build and change processes. You may work with various products, including Advanced Scheduling, Credentialing, and more. By optimizing workflows and leveraging your software expertise, you'll contribute to building high-quality solutions. As part of the Professional Services (PS) team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each customer’s success journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support product configuration through data manipulation in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, bulk importing via in-app CSV upload tools, and manual builds as needed.
• Manage and execute daily tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
• Follow company build processes to consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain clear and effective communication, verifying and sharing accurate information with team members.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or at-risk projects to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all internal and external interactions.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies, workflows, and case-entry requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Skills & Abilities:
• Highly collaborative within the customer success organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Proficient in document mapping.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks.
• Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick learner who adheres to company standards and processes.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in product support or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to the healthcare industry and IT ecosystem.
• Credentialing experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
