[Remote] Product Account Manager - Hyperscale

The Product Account Manager will oversee the business for a hyperscale client's product line, ensuring growth, profitability, and client satisfaction by aligning various teams and managing commercial strategies.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary product-facing contact for the assigned hyperscale product lineLead quoting efforts and RFP/RFQ responsesLead revenue, gross margin and share of wallet targets for the assigned product lineLead commercial negotiations for the product lineOwn the opportunity pipeline in CRMBuild strong relationships within the customer’s organization throughout all cross-functional teams including the engineering, sourcing and program teams to understand needs and drive alignmentSupport multi-year account planning activities, leveraging the strengths of Modine’s portfolio for the customer’s requirementsDefine product line strategy & positioning for the client across portfolio mix and lifecycle transitionsTranslate client roadmaps into internal requirements for Engineering, Operations and ProcurementIdentify value engineering opportunities for cost, performance and reliabilitySupport product qualification activities, documentation reviews and technical inquiries (with engineering support as needed)Own configuration, pricing bands & option inputsEnsure product data integrity (BOM accuracy, Lead times, SKU hygiene)Partner with the client and internal planning to build rolling demand and supply plansDrive forecast accuracy, backlog hygiene, and demand signal qualityCollaborate with Program Management, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure customer expectations are met for delivery, quality and communicationSupport customer-driven change requestsServe as the primary voice of the customer for their product lineGather customer insights regarding performance, serviceability and future needsShare customer feedback internally to support roadmap development and continuous improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Account Management, Technical Account Management or Sales of highly engineered capital goods to industrial or commercial customersExperience in HVAC&R or data center cooling equipmentStrong communication, relationship-building and customer engagement skillsAbility to collaborate across all internal cross-functional teamsProficient in CRM software and other sales toolsTravel: Ability to travel up to 30%, primarily within North AmericaExperience working directly with hyperscale, colocation or neo cloud data center clientsBenefitsCompetitive health, dental & vision insurance coverageEmployee Assistance ProgramMaternity Leave (12 weeks at 100% pay)8 weeks of short term disability leave paid at 100%4 weeks of paid parental leave paid at 100%Paternity Leave (4 weeks at 100% pay)401k Retirement plan and company paid matchLife InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributionFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Short Term Disability (company paid)Long Term DisabilityCompetitive time-off policiesTuition ReimbursementCompany OverviewModine Manufacturing Company has applied innovative thermal technology to meet customer's needs.
