[Remote] Procurement/Sourcing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Calibro Corp. is a professional staffing and services firm specializing in technology areas. They are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement / Sourcing Analyst to support day-to-day procurement operations, reporting, and administrative activities while collaborating with various stakeholders to manage purchasing data and ensure accurate processing of procurement transactions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Generate, analyze, and distribute procurement, sourcing, spend, and supplier reports
ā¢ Maintain procurement records, supplier information, contracts, and purchasing documentation
ā¢ Support purchase requisition and purchase order processes within Coupa
ā¢ Monitor and track procurement activities, approvals, and spend against budgets
ā¢ Assist sourcing and procurement teams with RFQs, supplier onboarding, and vendor management activities
ā¢ Create dashboards and reporting packages for procurement leadership
ā¢ Ensure data accuracy across procurement and financial systems
ā¢ Perform data cleanup, audits, and reconciliation activities between Coupa and NetSuite
ā¢ Support month-end and quarter-end procurement reporting requirements
ā¢ Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
ā¢ Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding purchasing status, suppliers, and procurement processes
ā¢ Maintain compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Skills
ā¢ 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, finance operations, or related analytical roles
ā¢ Experience generating reports and analyzing procurement or financial data
ā¢ Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting
ā¢ Experience working with procurement systems and ERP platforms
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Experience with Coupa Procurement Platform
ā¢ Experience with NetSuite ERP
ā¢ Experience supporting supplier onboarding and vendor management processes
ā¢ Knowledge of procurement lifecycle, purchasing, and sourcing best practices
ā¢ Experience creating dashboards and KPI reporting
