[Remote] Procurement/Sourcing Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement / Sourcing Analyst to support day-to-day procurement operations, reporting, and administrative activities while collaborating with various stakeholders to manage purchasing data and ensure accurate processing of procurement transactions.ResponsibilitiesGenerate, analyze, and distribute procurement, sourcing, spend, and supplier reportsMaintain procurement records, supplier information, contracts, and purchasing documentationSupport purchase requisition and purchase order processes within CoupaMonitor and track procurement activities, approvals, and spend against budgetsAssist sourcing and procurement teams with RFQs, supplier onboarding, and vendor management activitiesCreate dashboards and reporting packages for procurement leadershipEnsure data accuracy across procurement and financial systemsPerform data cleanup, audits, and reconciliation activities between Coupa and NetSuiteSupport month-end and quarter-end procurement reporting requirementsAssist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiativesRespond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding purchasing status, suppliers, and procurement processesMaintain compliance with procurement policies and proceduresSkills2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, finance operations, or related analytical rolesExperience generating reports and analyzing procurement or financial dataStrong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reportingExperience working with procurement systems and ERP platformsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Coupa Procurement PlatformExperience with NetSuite ERPExperience supporting supplier onboarding and vendor management processesKnowledge of procurement lifecycle, purchasing, and sourcing best practicesExperience creating dashboards and KPI reportingBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401k with matchCompany OverviewWe help our customers achieve extraordinary results through consulting services.
