[Remote] Procurement Specialist, Sterile

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll manage site purchases of indirect goods and services, execute orders, monitor inventory levels, and measure supplier performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive cost efficiencies. Responsibilities • Assist in processing & managing purchase orders • Track and trace deliveries • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on order status • Measure and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock out • Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate future needs • Effectively communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, ensure service guarantees, and resolve issues • Verify and document delivery receipts, order confirmations, and inventory levels • Update and manage information in system • Audit and rectify billing issues Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) • 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, operations, or similar role is preferred • Attention to detail and strong commitment to operational excellence • Strong ability to solve problems and action change • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft (excel, powerpoint, word) • Understanding of procurement software is a plus (Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP systems) Benefits • A dynamic, open & honest culture of collaborative co-workers where diverse perspectives are welcome & valued • Competitive pay • ESPP Plan • High-coverage medical, dental & vision (FSA & HSA plan options) Company Overview • Hims is a wellness brand that helps men and women get access to products for skin care, hair loss, and sexual health.
