The Strategic Sourcing/Procurement Program Manager will lead efforts to analyze and plan for vendors to be acquired through the bank's acquisition of another entity, collaborating with various stakeholders to integrate services into the bank's ecosystem. Responsibilities β’ Lead the effort to analyze and plan for vendors to be acquired by the bank through its acquisition of another entity β’ Provide reporting and oversight of the individual vendor-level planning efforts, while also executing on a sub-set of them directly β’ Collaborate with business lines, IT, Legal, and the acruired entity to understand what services are being provided, what contractual terms apply, and align on a plan to integrate the services into the bank's ecosystem β’ Determine what services might need to be added, what services need to be terminated, and negotiate the relevant documents β’ Conduct initial work prior to legal close focused on planning and alignment only β’ Transition to implementation work after legal close Skills β’ Experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement negotiations β’ Experience supporting a bank merger β’ Program management practices (tracking, reporting, issue communication) β’ Familiarity with vendor-level planning efforts β’ Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Company Overview β’ This page is owned and operated by JAF HOLDINGS INC.
