[Remote] Procurement Project Manager

The Procurement Project Manager will lead cost savings initiatives and strategic projects that support the supply chain objectives, partnering with various departments to ensure successful execution and reporting of these initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of cost savings and strategic supply chain projects across Winchester sites. You will develop structured project plans covering scope, milestones, owners, risks, and dependenciesPartner with Finance to define and validate savings methodologies for cost-related initiatives, ensuring all projects deliver measurable business outcomesDrive execution across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering, owning the project governance cadence and monthly reviewsIdentify process inefficiencies and lead redesign efforts to improve cost, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring changes are sustained and embedded into standard processesPrepare and deliver clear, concise reporting that translates complex project and financial data into decision-ready insights for leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent5–10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentProficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google SheetsDemonstrated success leading cost reduction initiatives with a strong ability to interpret complex data and financial impactsExcellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentationsExperience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing is strongly preferredCompany OverviewDesign, develop and deliver the interconnect solutions that fuel customer success.
