[Remote] Procurement Operations Coordinator

The Procurement Operations Coordinator will support the processing, tracking, and reporting of purchase orders while ensuring procurement workflows run smoothly and client expectations are met.ResponsibilitiesProcess, track, and reconcile purchase orders across customer and Gordian systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment to project budgetsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on PO status, updates, discrepancies, and resolutionMaintain complete and audit-ready procurement records and documentation to support compliance and financial reportingMonitor PO activity across contracts and project portfolios, proactively flagging risks, variances, or delaysDrive continuous improvement by identifying workflow gaps and recommending process enhancements that improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiencySupport internal teams in achieving customer goals and key performance metrics through timely and accurate procurement executionManage competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and service delivery standardsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Contract Administration, or Project/Construction ManagementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamExperience with ERP systems and reporting toolsProficiency in Power BI and/or SmartsheetFamiliarity with public sector procurement processesBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life and LTD insuranceHSA401(k) retirement planBonus or EquityThis position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.Company OverviewGordian is a provider of facility and construction cost data, software, and expertise services.
