[Remote] Procurement Analyst

Helic & Co. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilitiesNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendorsProcess purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and servicesMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issuesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast needsEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresTrack and report on procurement performance metrics (cost savings, supplier performance)Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trendsCollaborate with finance and operations teams for budget alignmentSkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong negotiation and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with ERP or procurement systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of strategic sourcing and vendor managementExperience with contract managementFamiliarity with cost analysis and budgetingCertification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an assetCompany OverviewProviding professional consultation to businesses.
