Cumming Gallagher is one of the fastest-growing project and cost management consultancies in the United States, seeking a detail-oriented Procore Administrator to manage their Procore platform. The role involves implementation, maintenance, user support, and process improvement to enhance project management efficiency across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage enterprise-wide roll out. Oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects. Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as neededProvide ongoing technical support to all Procore users. Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation. Create custom reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvementMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platformCollaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore. Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation. Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security.
