[Remote] Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will support the Technical Team by leading process design, system sizing, and project execution activities, collaborating closely with engineering, project management, and sales teams to deliver quality filtration solutions.ResponsibilitiesPerform mass balance calculations and develop process designsSize filtration systems and generate system design dataDevelop functional descriptions and PIN charts for equipmentSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and system startup activitiesLead operator training and support project handoff to customersConduct technical service work and system auditsCoordinate and execute R&D and pilot trialsGenerate technical data for system design, utilities, and sizingCollaborate with Project Managers, Technical leadership, and Sales teamsTravel to customer sites for installation oversight, troubleshooting, and trainingSupport pilot testing efforts, including protocol development and reportingContribute to development of technical tools for sizing, pricing, and proposalsParticipate in continuous improvement and development of new filtration processesSkillsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering requiredExperience in food and dairy processing preferredStrong analytical and process design capabilitiesExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to troubleshoot complex systems and evaluate alternative solutionsStrong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and salesDomestic and international travel required (50%+)Company OverviewWe design and manufacture a full line of components for our membrane filtration & wastewater systems.Together with our fabrication and installation partners around the world we can offer you a turn-key service which allows us to provide frames, tanks, heat exchangers, vessels and piping.
