Position: Medical Insurance Specialist Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: Mon-Fri between 7am-8pm CST. Location: Remote (TX) Local TX and Surrounding Area Applicants Only Equipment: Picked Up in Irving, TX Start Date: Oct/Nov 2025 Starts Job Duties include: • Prior-Authorizations (PAs) and Insurance Verification • Communicate w/ patients, providers & insurance payers via telephone & email. • Verify Patient’s Insurance Coverage. • Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers. Requirements: • MUST pick up equipment in IRVING, TX • Minimum of 1-year recent experience with Medical Insurance (Prior Authorization e.g.) • Experience w/ Medicare/Medicaid program administration • Insurance Verification and claim adjudication or medical billing • Experience or knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a HUGE PLUS! • Must have NO attendance issues.
