Position Summary:
Utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate healthcare services and benefits for our members.
Apply clinical criteria, guidelines, policies, and procedures to render coverage determinations and recommendations.
Collaborate with providers and other stakeholders to facilitate care and treatment, identifying opportunities to integrate with other products, services, and programs.
Promote quality effectiveness of healthcare services and benefit utilization, consulting with internal and external constituents to optimize our utilization and benefit management functions.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Active, current, and unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure
Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed
Associate's Degree required; BSN preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Utilization management, precertification, and prior authorization experience
Managed Care experience
