Job Title: Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician
Pay: $20 an hr | Bi-weekly

Shift Options:
• Assigned shifts vary from 8am to 8pm CT. Training hours 8am - 430pm CT
Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Overview:
• The Tech I Prior Auth takes in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc providing professional and courteous phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process.
• Transfers all clinical questions, escalations and judgement calls to the pharmacist team.
• Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:
• Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with *high volume call center*
• EXPERIENCE AT A PBM
• 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in an administrative support role.
• Valid and active Pharmacy Tech license in the state you live in
• Required: Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Benefits:
