[Remote] Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations Manager

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations to oversee print production and fulfillment operations. This role will manage print vendors and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing and medical materials while ensuring compliance and timely execution.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end print production, fulfillment, and distribution of approved Commercial and Medical materialsServe as the primary point of contact for print requests, vendor management, and fulfillment operationsOversee print management platforms (PrintDepot/Veeva Vault) and drive process improvementsCoordinate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure compliance and timely deliveryLead print planning for product label updates, conference materials, and prescribing information distributionGenerate operational reports, metrics, and business insights for stakeholdersSupport Material Review (MLR) Operations as neededSkillsBachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in print operations, marketing operations, project management, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industriesExperience with content management systems such as Veeva Vault or similar platformsStrong vendor management, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailCompany OverviewTalent Groups delivers exceptional experiences by solving the toughest IT talent and technology challenges across all industries.
