The role involves managing the full lifecycle of network infrastructure deployment, ensuring that projects meet operational and security requirements while maintaining schedule and cost commitments.ResponsibilitiesOwn the network deployment and delivery roadmap across OCI data centers and expansion sites (new builds and capacity adds)Lead execution of data center core and spine/leaf deployments, including staging, installation, configuration, validation, and readiness gatesDrive delivery of WAN and edge connectivity (carrier coordination, circuit readiness, turn-up planning, resiliency testing)Manage deployment of corporate network services within data centers (enterprise connectivity, segmentation, access, and integration requirements)Establish and run program governance: milestones, dependency management, risk tracking, change control, and executive reportingCoordinate across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Construction, Supply Chain, NOC/Operations, Security, and external vendors/carriersDefine and standardize repeatable deployment playbooks, acceptance criteria, and operational handoff processes to scale deliveryProactively remove blockers, drive rapid issue resolution, and lead escalations to keep sites on trackEnsure deployment activities meet security, compliance, and operational reliability expectationsSkillsExtensive program leadership experience delivering large-scale data center network deploymentsStrong working knowledge of spine/leaf architectures, core routing, WAN/transport, and enterprise/corporate network integrationProven ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies, vendors, and carriers in high-velocity environmentsExcellent executive communication, risk management, and operational rigorBenefitsMay be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinionShort term disability and long term disabilityLife insurance and AD&DSupplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child)Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending AccountsPre-tax commuter and parking benefits401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company matchPaid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
