The Principal Product Marketing Manager will own the marketing strategy across multiple settlement audiences, focusing on positioning, campaign strategy, and thought leadership.ResponsibilitiesOwn positioning and messaging for each distinct settlement audience: enterprise title companies, independent closing professionals, and the emerging D2C consumer segmentBuild a competitive intelligence function with a defined cadence, structured outputs, and regular stakeholder distribution. Product and leadership should rely on itDefine distinct value propositions per audience. An enterprise title VP is moved by different things than an independent notaryPartner with Product on roadmap prioritization, feeding market and buyer intelligence as a primary inputTranslate positioning into segment-specific campaign strategy (channel mix, audience sequencing, test hypotheses) and work with the Revenue Marketing Specialist on executionOwn the test-and-learn roadmap: define what hypotheses are running, what the learning goals are, and how results shape approachOwn the settlement marketing calendar, budget allocation, and pipeline contribution targetsBuild the D2C acquisition strategy, from defining what problem Snapdocs solves for target consumers to how that story connects to the institutional narrativeOwn the editorial agenda across all settlement audiences: what topics Snapdocs should be known for in title and escrow, and how the brand shows up as it enters the consumer spaceBe the editorial judgment layer for settlement content. AI generates volume; this PMM decides what's worth publishing and whether it's genuinely differentiatedIdentify and activate internal subject matter experts as thought leadership voicesWork closely with the Settlement Revenue Marketing Specialist on channel priorities, signal interpretation, and a weekly read on what the data meansPartner with the Systems Director on test infrastructure, measurement design, and the data architecture needed to track a multi-audience funnel cleanlyPartner with Sales on pipeline stage messaging, competitive objection handling, and enablement materialsSkills10+ years in B2B product marketing, with demonstrated ownership of positioning and messaging for a complex, multi-audience segmentGenuine comfort with ambiguity and greenfield problems. The D2C motion doesn't have a complete playbookStrong strategic writer: can develop distinct voices and value propositions for fundamentally different buyer typesExperience running market and competitive intelligence as a structured function, with defined cadence and stakeholder outputsData fluency: able to interrogate results, dispute interpretations, and change strategic direction when warrantedHigh ownership orientation. Gets energized by building from scratchBackground in proptech, real estate technology, title, or mortgage. Familiarity with the closing process cuts ramp time significantlyExperience building consumer or prosumer marketing motions from an institutional B2B base.
