[Remote] Principal Product Marketing Manager

This senior role will own the go-to-market strategy for Third Party Risk Management and Operational Risk Management products, while identifying new market opportunities to shape the company's long-term direction.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute full-funnel go-to-market strategy with minimal directionOwn pricing strategy, including research, modeling, and cross-functional alignmentIdentify new market opportunities and translate them into actionable strategic recommendationsAudit existing positioning, messaging, launch materials, competitive intel, and pricing documentation for TPRM and ORMDefine measurement framework to track positioning effectiveness, launch performance, and competitive coverage for TPRM and ORMDeliver positioning and messaging framework and supporting materials for TPRM or ORM launchComplete competitive landscape assessment for TPRM and ORM, producing updated battle cardsEngage with analysts covering third party risk or operational risk to assess positioning and pricing effectivenessDeliver a full market opportunity analysis for identified adjacency with recommendationsAlign with manager on the six-month roadmap for TPRM and ORM ownershipSkills7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead market-facing roleDemonstrated track record of owning GTM strategy for complex, multi-product or multi-segment portfoliosExperience with pricing strategy, competitive intelligence programs, and analyst relationsBA/BS required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plusProven ability to lead and execute full-funnel go-to-market strategy with minimal directionExpert-level skills in product positioning and messaging across multiple formats, channels, and buyer segmentsDemonstrated ability to own pricing strategy, including research, modeling, and cross-functional alignmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions from qualitative and quantitative dataHighly effective at working through influence across product, sales, marketing, and executive teamsExperienced in analyst relations, win/loss programs, and competitive intelligence managementCapable of identifying new market opportunities and translating them into actionable strategic recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and external audiencesDomain expertise in third party risk management, operational risk management, business continuity, or related GRC fields strongly preferredPragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) certification a plusBenefitsEligible for an annual bonusComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) planCompany OverviewFusion Risk Management provides cloud-based continuity risk management software, contingency planning solutions, and consulting services.
