[Remote] Principal Product Manager, Machine Health & Industrial AI Workforce

The Principal Product Manager will lead initiatives across Machine Health and Industrial AI Workforce offerings, defining and scaling products while collaborating with various teams to drive customer impact.ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy and roadmap for expanding Augury’s machine coverage across asset types, environments, and customer segmentsDevelop scalable offerings that combine hardware, software, analytics, services, and AIDrive solutions that balance coverage expansion, diagnostic quality, operational scalability, and customer trustPartner with Engineering, AI, and Data Science teams to bring AI-powered workflows and agentic experiences to marketShape products that support reliability, maintenance, and operations workflows, including root cause analysis, asset strategy, and production optimizationTranslate customer pain points into scalable AI-enabled solutionsLead product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, execution, launch, and post-launch measurementAlign stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial teamsDeliver products that drive adoption, customer value, and business impactEngage directly with strategic customers and Design Partners to validate solutions and gather feedbackDevelop a deep understanding of plant operations, maintenance workflows, and operational challengesBuild products grounded in real-world industrial use casesPartner with GTM, Finance, and Operations teams on packaging, pricing, launch planning, and support modelsEnsure offerings are technically strong, commercially clear, and operationally scalableSkills10+ years of Product Management or equivalent product leadership experienceExperience building and scaling B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, IoT, or data-driven productsProven track record leading products from strategy through launch and measurable impactStrong cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and customer-facing teamsAbility to simplify complex technical and business problems into clear product decisionsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsExperience in industrial, manufacturing, operational technology, asset-heavy, or supply chain environmentsExperience with AI/ML products, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or agentic AI systemsExperience with hardware/software platforms, sensors, IoT, or edge technologiesExperience partnering with strategic customers or Design Partners to develop new offeringsBenefitsFlexible PTOMedical/dental/vision insurance401(k) matchStock optionsPaid parental leaveWFH and phone stipendCompany OverviewAugury develops AI-driven solutions for monitoring machine health and process efficiency in industrial operations.
