[Remote] Principal Product Manager Hardware, Cloud Infrastructure and AI Networking

They are seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for their Cloud Provider and Hyperscaler segment, focusing on customer adoption and product portfolio evolution.ResponsibilitiesLead complex HW and system NPI programs leveraging expertise in HW systems and network ASICsDrive the Cloud Customer segment platforms strategy, product definition, and program executionSupport fast-moving cloud customer needs and pursue significant opportunities with Tier 1/Tier 2 Cloud customers and Neoclouds building AI clustersCollaborate with customers, sales, and systems engineering to translate market requirements into engineering product requirementsManage requirements and drive engineering commitments in close partnership with various sales teamsPerform market and competitive assessmentGenerate sales and product collateralPartner closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategiesBuild and expand relationships with service provider and cloud customersSkillsBS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field5+ years of experience in product management in IP networkingExpertise on network HW, Systems, and/or network ASICsProven track record of developing and executing complex strategies across multiple technology domains, geographic markets, and customer setsAbility to analyze competitor products and business strategies in Hyperscalers, Cloud, and Neocloud markets to anticipate moves and changesAbility to prioritize competing opportunities, balance market needs with business strategies, manage trade-offs, and articulate the rationale behind decisionsStrong customer orientation used to develop and validate product/solution requirements and build business plansExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding technical and business presentation skills for executive, partner, analyst, and customer audiencesMBA, or experience successfully running/growing a businessNetworking SW and HW knowledge, including Networking Protocols for DC and WAN, Network ASICs and Operating SystemsExperience working with Hyperscalers, Neoclouds in Americas marketsBenefitsWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
