[Remote] Principal Product Manager

The Principal Product Manager will support stakeholders and clients in navigating the healthcare revenue cycle, delivering impactful capabilities and leading product development from ideation to launch.ResponsibilitiesLead the AI-native product development lifecycles from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of new features and providing clear communication to stakeholders around progress and updatesPrioritize initiatives, features, and stories by balancing stakeholder interests, user needs, technology direction, and product and business strategySynthesize a variety of inputs into building, maintaining, and promoting our product roadmapMitigate blockers and make tough trade-off decisions between scope and schedule, keeping our team of collaborators focused on concrete milestones and deliverablesStay abreast of the latest advancements in the industryInterface with engineering, data and AI teams to articulate requirements, product vision, and business priorities utilizing Agile practicesSkillsSolid product management experience, supporting AI-native or AI-enabled products in the healthcare and/or revenue cycle management domainExperience with Snowflake and/or DatabricksProficiency with Gen AI application and agent architecture, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt design / prompt iteration loops, Agent orchestration frameworks, Evaluation of LLM outputs (accuracy, hallucination, consistency), Cost/performance tradeoffs (tokens, latency)Databricks Genie and/or Snowflake Cortex a plusBenefitsCompetitive benefits packageCompany OverviewPhare Health transforms the back office of healthcare, making it more efficient, accurate, and resillient.
