As a Principal Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution, focusing on growth, AI excellence, and rapid prototyping while engaging directly with users and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesBuild with AI: Prototype features using Cursor, Claude, Lovable, or internal tools. Test prompts. Ship MVPsRun experiments: Set up A/B tests, define success metrics, analyze results, make the callDeep dive analytics: Pull your own data in Mixpanel/SQL. Find the insight no one else seesTalk to users: Weekly user interviews. Not quarterly research projects—continuous discoveryIterate fast: Ship → measure → learn → ship again. Weeks, not monthsSkillsHave 8+ years in product roles, with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS PLGHave built products with AI, not just managed AI products. You've engineered prompts, tested models, shipped AI featuresAre deeply technical: Launched your own products, build dashboards, and write a PR if neededHave set up and run A/B tests end-to-end: hypothesis, instrumentation, analysis, decisionDo continuous user research: You talk to users weekly.
