The Principal IS Project Manager will manage large and complex IT projects, ensuring they align with project objectives while addressing potential risks and facilitating change management. This role involves collaboration with operational stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project success.ResponsibilitiesManage large, diverse, and complex projects that span across multiple divisions and/or functional areas in Information TechnologyPlan, organize, and lead cross functional teams to complete project tasksEnsure projects are planned and executed in alignment with project objectives while identifying possible risks/issues for mitigation planningHandle change management for the project team/impacted users as well as project changes during the project cycleSkillsBachelor's Degree Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience8 or more years Project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or other relevant industry or operations leading large, diverse and complex projects.
