[Remote] Principal Enhanced Value Consultant

This role involves owning value roadmaps, mentoring talent, and producing frameworks to enhance delivery quality across the team.ResponsibilitiesOwn value roadmaps for two complex customers; align with product capabilities and adoptionServe as stack expert; set direction, guardrails, and best practicesArchitect Improvement Sprints with quantified outcomes and risk controlsLead escalations requiring deep technical expertiseMentor professional and senior level talent; drive standards and qualityProduce frameworks, training modules, and reusable accelerators for team useChannel field insights into Product for roadmap/feature evaluationWork with two EVP customer contracts at a time (~12 hours/week per customer) at a timeDrive value on internal initiatives: knowledge assets, process improvements, training/enablement, mentoring, troubleshooting practices, and structured product feedbackSupport and influence additional EVP clients on more complex accounts with the team as neededMaintain NERC-CIP awareness and follow customer site protocol as Work frequently involves NERC-regulated customersSkillsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering or related fieldStrong technical background in automation and computers with at least 8 years of relevant experienceExperience with electrical utility control systems (SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS) or experience working in utility operationsExpert-level mastery of one monarch application or stackProven background driving value and impact with key stakeholders and customersStrong architectural judgment and customer advisory experienceAbility to lead complex problem-solving and cross-functional executionAbility to travel up to 40%Experience designing and deploying multi-system workflowsFamiliarity with advanced testing, validation, or migration approachesBenefitsPaid time offCharitable giveback dayMedical/dental/vision insuranceRetirement benefitsCompany OverviewAspen Technology is a global leader in industrial software.
