In this role, you will lead engineering projects, manage schedules, risk management, and financial health, while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality deliverables.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate professionalism and dedication, providing exceptional service to both clients and teammates, while fostering positive relationshipsLead projects by collaborating with technical colleagues to develop detailed engineering proposals, managing schedules, and executing recovery plans when neededDevelop comprehensive work plans, risk management strategies, communication plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure smooth project executionOversee project schedules, apply advanced scheduling tools, and manage the financial health of projects, ensuring timely reporting and performance trackingManage engineers, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality deliverables, while supporting internal standards and resource managementMaintain strong client relationships, manage project scope, and support marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and identifying new opportunitiesPlan, implement, and supervise client contracts, ensuring successful project execution, while traveling to client facilities as needed #LI-MB1SkillsBachelor's Degree in Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years experience in engineering consulting, project manager or data centerMinimum of 6 years of experience as a project manager or engineer with an engineering consulting firm doing data center projectsThe ideal candidate has worked with a hyperscale data center directly or indirectly as a consultant, which is requiredSkilled in cost / workhour estimating and proposal development and reviewCapable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects executing simultaneouslyKnowledge in earned value management and progress reportingExperienced in contract and non-disclosure agreement language development and reviewAbility to understand and work with budget and accounting processesStrong coordination and team building skillsExcellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skillsAbility to read and write technically and coherentlyEffective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teamsWorking knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel between 10%-15% of the time which may include fieldwork; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needsPMP certification preferredBenefitsPlease [CLICK HERE](https://explore.enercon.com/working-here) to learn more about the potential Benefits you may be eligible to receive with this role and working here at ENERCON.Employment is contingent upon passing pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual motor vehicle record reviews per company and client policies.Company OverviewEnercon is a trusted resource for engineering and contract manufacturer of customized power solutions.
