The Principal Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing structured data to develop business intelligence tools, perform analyses, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. This role will involve creating data models, leveraging company data for business solutions, and communicating complex analyses effectively across the organization.ResponsibilitiesWork with Lines of Business to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutionsInform and advise the clinical operation functions with empirical analyses that drive strategy with respect to key projectsCommunicate complex analyses to Leaders across the organization effectively without getting bogged down in the details of the analysis.
