The Lead – Corporate Finance role involves overseeing financial reporting, implementing US GAAP standards, and driving financial initiatives across global subsidiaries.ResponsibilitiesMap local trial balances to US GAAP and manage related SAP uploadsImplement US GAAP standards across group companiesSupport the month-end close process and conduct financial results analysisAssist in account reconciliations and identify process improvement opportunitiesCoordinate bi-annual SOX testing and support external/internal audit processesContribute to financial systems implementation and enhancementsProvide support on post-merger integration activities as requiredSkillsMinimum 7 years of experience in Finance, ideally with a mix of Accounting, Audit, and FP&AStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger pictureProven expertise in process and change managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus (but not mandatory)Exposure to German companies or work environments is a plusStrong understanding of financial systems (SAP preferred) and reporting standardsBachelor's Degree7+ Years of Business ExperienceExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of Mass Customization a PlusUnderstands and communicates in EnglishExperience in scaling processes for growing product teamsExposure to working with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teamsCompany OverviewEvery business has a mission.
