The Principal, Business Development role focuses on leading relationships with key strategic accounts in the Healthcare industry, ensuring account work exceeds client expectations while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesIdentify target accounts to optimize services and communicate TELUS Digital's capabilities to clientsCompetently articulate product features to implement technology solutions successfullyYou’ll collaborate with our Solutions Architects and Product teams to craft executive-level proposals, pitches, and SOWs for prospective and existing clientsCultivate and extend existing C-level relationships with current clientsYou’ll team up with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-sell through RFP responses or other types of sales cyclesAdvise TELUS Digital’s internal teams on industry and vendor trends to remain well-positioned to assist our clientsYou must have the ability to travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferencesSkillsDeep experience in a digital product professional services agency/consultancy engaged with F5000-level Healthcare client accountsBalance of both growth strategy project work as well as operational project responsibilities, including digital transformationAbility to identify and characterize business issues, while demonstrating a ‘nose for value' to discern what is importantScope and plan underlying analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at handUnderstand the required data to complete the analysis and procure them accordinglyDeliver timely, zero-defect execution of analysisLeverage quantitative tools for the analytical 'heavy lifting.'Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights and recommendationsAbility to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and on paper, and across all levels of an organizationThe ideal candidate excels in client relationships/communication and possesses the executive presence to influence appropriate senior stakeholdersYou must have the ability to travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferencesAn engineering or computer science degree/backgroundMaster's Degree in Business AdministrationCompany OverviewTELUS Digital crafts unique and enduring experiences for customers and employees, and creates future-focused digital transformations that stand the test of time.
