The role focuses on leading key projects related to employee and patient experience surveys, advanced analytics, job analysis, and strategic workforce planning.ResponsibilitiesPlays a leading role in the execution of employee and patient experience survey projects, including the Global Employee Engagement Survey and Global Patient Experience Survey. As a subject matter expert on measurement practices, survey development, and sampling methodology, the Principal will design and launch employee and patient surveys, facilitate focus groups and interviews, create dashboards in Qualtrics and Tableau, analyze results, build executive presentations, and deliver key insights back to HR and the business in a way that inspires actionConduct intake meetings with key stakeholders in the business to understand business questions and advise on the appropriate method of gathering employee feedback (e.g., survey, focus groups, interviews)Provide guidance on best practices in developing survey items (e.g., ensure items appropriately measure construct domain, items not double-barreled)Design and launch surveys in Qualtrics, analyze survey results and report results to leadership outlining recommendations and action itemsBuild dashboards in Qualtrics, develop dashboard support and training resources, and conduct training sessions with usersServe as the technical subject matter expert in Qualtrics for team members and stakeholdersPartner closely with Global Communications, HR Leadership & business stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategy prior to survey launchConduct advanced statistical analyses to determine the effectiveness of key experience programs in relation to critical business outcomesConsults with HR and the business to identify the most critical business questions involving the workforce by leveraging people data and other organizational data sources, providing results and recommendations to HR and business leadershipLeads the execution of strategic deep-dive analytics projects driven by the GPA Team in support of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership, and LearningPartner with HRBPs and the business to formulate / articulate business questions to answer and hypotheses to be testedIdentify appropriate research methods to obtain data necessary for answering business questions if data does not currently existConduct advanced statistical analyses to answer critical business questions across all parts of the employee lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, engagement, promotions, turnover, etcIdentify key insights & leverage data visualization tools to communicate results with senior leadership through storytelling presentationsPartner with key stakeholders to identify appropriate action plansTrack progress and evaluate effectiveness of action plans and interventions over timeSupports the execution of job analysis & assessment workConducts scientific studies of roles across the organization to identify critical knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) required for success, and provide guidance on best practices of assessing both internal and external talentIn partnership with internal team members, key stakeholders, and third party assessment consulting firms, conduct job analysis studies, validation studies, and adverse impact analysesContinuously review the validity and adverse impact of pre-hire assessments, especially as jobs continue to evolve, to ensure the appropriateness of our selection proceduresSupport the development of capability assessments to inform buy/build decision makingSupport the rollout of developmental assessments to measure organizational/leadership/team/ change effectivenessSupports the execution of strategic workforce planning projects for key workforce segmentsSupport the execution of Strategic Workforce Planning projects for key workforce segments within the organization, including: conducting job analysis interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders and SMEs, defining KSAs required to execute business strategy in partnership with job experts, collecting data to determine capability gaps, and identifying key insights to inform talent management strategiesSkillsMaster's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology6+ years of work experience in an I/O Consulting or People Analytics role, with a focus on Employee Listening / Experience for at least 3 of those yearsSuccessful track record of superior service delivery and change management in a global environmentProficient with Microsoft ExcelProficient with Qualtrics (Surveys & Dashboards)Proficient with TableauProficient in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python)Strong attention to detailStrong presentation skills, including experience presenting to large audiences, senior leadership team members, and leading training sessionsA strong intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand, and support the global organization in preparing for, the future of workProven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problemsAbility to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data; quickly identify key findings; and the ability to link to implications and provide recommendationsAbility to frame analytic findings in a digestible and business friendly format that identifies key business implications and inspires action;
