They are seeking a Principal AI Engineer to develop AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience within the HR function.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for HR and Talent use cases, including intelligent workflow automations, employee-facing chatbots, document processing solutions, and decision-support systemsIdentify opportunities to improve manual or repetitive HR workflows through scalable AI/ML-driven automation solutionsDevelop integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems including Workday, ATS platforms, ServiceNow Ticketing, and other internal tools ensuring seamless data flow and user experiencePartner directly with HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, run pilots, and drive successful adoptionContinuously monitor and improve deployed tools based on user feedback, operational metrics, and evolving business needsCreate technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational handoff materials to support long-term maintainability and scalabilityHelp establish best practices for AI-enabled People Technology solutions, including governance, usability, and operational efficiencySkills6–10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, enterprise automation, or HR technology environmentsProficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern development languages used in automation and AI developmentHands-on experience building enterprise AI applications using LLM technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, or similar platformsExperience with prompt engineering, AI workflows, orchestration frameworks, and automation platformsFamiliarity with automation and integration tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or custom-built workflow frameworksStrong understanding of HR workflows and employee lifecycle processesExperience independently scoping, designing, building, and deploying production-ready solutionsStrong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience integrating AI solutions with HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHRFamiliarity with HR data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) as applied to AI SystemsExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, semantic search, or enterprise knowledge management systemsPrior experience supporting People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or People Technology organizationsExperience working within enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or AI-driven technology companiesBenefitsBonus compensationCommission (if in a sales function)Equity grantsHealth and wellness benefitsVacationPaid holidays and refresh days401(k) retirement planLife and disability insurance coveragesOther benefits the Company may offer from time to timeIn-Office Expectations
