[Remote] Principal Account Executive

The Principal Account Executive will develop strategies to close marketing opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while managing account records and forecasts.ResponsibilitiesManages ACI’s overall relationship with current customers, with emphasis on developing and maintaining effective relationships with key executives. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are key requirements and measurementsDevelop and implement strategic account plans by collaborating cross-functionally to drive client revenue growth and enhance overall satisfactionLead Executive Business Reviews, preferably onsite, by crafting agendas, engaging key internal stakeholders, and ensuring follow-through on post-review action itemsManages all administrative aspects of the assignment including but not limited to account profiles, sales pipeline records, current customer org charts, etc., consistent with ACI’s sales best practicesKeeps current on ACI products/enhancements, competition activities and industry trendsPerform other duties as assignedUnderstand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and EthicsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience12 years of successful Account Management experience in industries targeted by ACI (financial institutions, processors, etc.), preferably selling payments solutionsMust have a combined minimum experience of 5 years in either the payments, e-commerce or mobile payments industriesMust have successful sales recordExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand the business and technical solutionsAbility to move the sales process to closureAbility to articulate and professionally present solutions and to respond creatively to customer needsUnderstanding and knowledge of products/solutions currently marketed by ACI is a plusSelling technology solutions into multi-national organizations companies, and/or merchant acquirers/processor experience is highly desiredPayments or payments processing related sales experience a plusSalesforce.com experience preferredCompany OverviewACI Worldwide is a software company that delivers payments software solutions.
