Position: Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$100ā$130/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and annotate clinical text, EHR data, and patient case notes to identify diagnoses, co-morbidities, treatment plans, and outcomes.
ā¢ Structure complex medical information for AI training and reasoning to enhance decision-making and care delivery.
ā¢ Audit annotated datasets to ensure high clinical accuracy and consistency, validating AI-generated outputs like summaries and recommendations.
ā¢ Contribute to annotation guidelines, taxonomies, and decision frameworks, defining edge cases and nuanced clinical scenarios.
ā¢ Evaluate AI systems for clinical workflows, flagging inaccuracies and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
ā¢ Map real-world clinical workflows into AI-compatible processes to support seamless integration into healthcare operations.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ MD or DO
ā¢ Board-certified or board-eligible
ā¢ Active medical license in good standing
ā¢ 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or hospitalist settings
Preferred
ā¢ Academic hospital experience
