Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Remote Presentation Designer with expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides to elevate our visual storytelling and communication materials. This role requires someone with a strong design aesthetic, excellent layout skills, and the ability to turn complex ideas into clean, visually compelling presentations. You will collaborate with marketing, leadership, and project teams to create engaging presentations that effectively communicate ideas, pitch services, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing and professional presentation decks using PowerPoint and Google Slides based on brand guidelines and client briefs.

Translate abstract concepts and data into easy-to-understand visual narratives.
• *

Create infographics, diagrams, charts, and custom visuals to support messaging.
• *

Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, leadership, business development) to understand goals and tailor presentations accordingly.

Edit and improve existing presentations with consistency, layout enhancements, and branding.
• *

Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated on design trends and presentation tools to continuously enhance output.

Ensure version control, proper file naming, and organized storage of assets.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, including use of animations, transitions, and advanced formatting.

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing presentation work.
• *

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage feedback constructively.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience designing professional presentations.

Experience working with corporate teams, marketing departments, or as a freelance designer preferred.

Previous remote work experience is a plus.
• Working Hours

Flexible working hours with a preference for overlapping 4 hours daily with EST (Eastern Standard Time) for team meetings and reviews.

Full-time role (40 hours per week).
