The role involves creating clean, professional presentations based on provided content while adhering to brand guidelines and templates.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Execute presentation designs based on provided outlines, content, and direction
ā¢ Ability to work on quick deadlines (mostly 1-2 business days)
ā¢ Apply existing brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards consistently
ā¢ Format slides for clarity, readability, and visual consistency
ā¢ Build charts, tables, diagrams, and basic visuals from supplied data and inputs
ā¢ Update, revise, and proof presentations based on feedback
ā¢ Ensure accuracy, alignment, spacing, and visual polish across all slides
ā¢ Manage multiple presentation requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
ā¢ Prepare presentations for executive meetings, sales use, and external distribution
ā¢ Organize and maintain presentation files and shared assets as directed
Skills
ā¢ Highly detail-oriented
ā¢ Efficient
ā¢ Comfortable working from established templates and brand guidelines
