They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Consultant to join their team, focusing on the powerful combination of their Agentic Enterprise Platform within the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) and other non-industrial sectors.ResponsibilitiesCo-lead discovery sessions with sales representatives to develop a deep understanding of customer’s existing business challenges, technical environments, and strategic objectives. Subsequently, architect compelling, end-to-end solutions leveraging Siemens Technologies focused around application development, knowledge graph, data analytics, and AI/ML capabilities to address their specific challenges effectivelyDeliver engaging and impactful technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops tailored to customer requirements. Lead and execute successful Proofs of Concept (POCs) that clearly showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. You will also take part in workshops and proofs of concept, providing pre- and (sometimes) post-sales cycle support activitiesAct as a trusted technical advisor to customers, sales teams, and partners. Articulate the technical features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the various components within our platformDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key technical champions, and executive sponsors, guiding them through their digital transformation and AI journeyProvide expert technical input for proposals, RFP's and RFI's, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, innovative, and aligned with customer expectationsAcquire, expand, and provide industry expertise. Keep informed about products along with competing products and industry trends within the BFSI+ sectors, continuously refining our approach and solution offeringsWork with your peers, professional services, and sales teams to provide market feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure successful solution deliveryRepresent Siemens at industry events, webinars, and conferences, sharing insights and best practices related to low-code agentic development, data analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation in BFSI+Skills5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or solutions engineering role, specifically in the areas of data preparation/ mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or Big Data related analytical solutionsStrong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries, including common business processes, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation driversExperience with modern Data/ AI/ Analytics Platforms such as Alteryx, Data Robot, Dataiku, Tiger Graph, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune etcSolid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategiesFamiliarity with integration patterns and technologies (APIs, REST, SOAP, message queues)Knowledge of data fabric and AI fabric conceptsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesProven experience with data mining, manipulation, analytics and MLFamiliarity with Graph technologiesExceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and design innovative, scalable, and effective technical solutionsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrationsDemonstrated history of building effective relationships with customersA genuine passion for understanding customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, including working with developers, business analysts, end users, and key stakeholdersA demonstrated history of quickly learning and applying new technologiesKnowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and disciplines such as Challenger and MEDDPICCBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Physics, or related technical fieldsMaster's degree or MBAMendix certifications, Altair certifications, relevant AI/ML or Data/ AI fabric certificationsFamiliarity with Altair solutions, particularly those relevant to data and ML (e.g., Altair Monarch, AI Studio, Graph Studio)Familiarity with other low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, PowerApps) and AI/ML tools (e.g. Palantir, Alteryx)Experience with BFSI+ such as fraud, AML, KYC, core banking systems, trading platforms, risk management, claims processing, or regulatory complianceBasic understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for integration or extension purposesExperience with deploying and managing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Company OverviewMendix is a low-code application development platform to create and improve multi-channel applications at scale.
