[Remote] Presales Analyst - Remote Work

They are seeking a Presales Analyst to support the creation of proposals and responses for software development and IT services, collaborating with various teams to develop compelling narratives and ensure technical accuracy. Responsibilities Support the creation of proposals and RFx responses for IT and software development engagements Help synthesize inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured narratives Write and refine summaries, delivery approaches, and value propositions Help ensure responses are well-positioned and technically sound Support proposal schedules and coordinate stakeholder reviews to meet deadlines Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Sales to align proposals with delivery and business goals Help develop and maintain proposal content including case studies and templates Create presentation materials and sales collateral to support discussions Contribute to improvements of proposal processes and content libraries Skills Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services, with involvement in developing proposals or RFP responses for software development or IT projects Experience writing and structuring proposals for software development or IT projects Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and delivery frameworks such as Agile Familiarity with engagement models and pricing structures Understanding of project phases such as Discovery, Design, Build, and Deployment Ability to interpret technical input and convert it into business narratives Proficiency in Google Workspace Strong English writing and communication skills Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack is a plus Familiarity with UX/UI, AI, or digital transformation concepts is a plus Benefits 100% remote work (from anywhere) Hardware and software setup for you to work from home Flexible hours: create your own schedule Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities Company Overview BairesDev is your partner for precise, rapid outsourced software development.
