The Pre-sales Solutions Consultant for the HCM Business Suite will partner with the Sales team to help prospects evaluate Rippling's offerings, manage technical demonstrations, and ensure customer success with the product suite.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of RipplingUnderstand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s HR product suiteManage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectivesCreate, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling HR product suiteProvide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teamsBecome a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscapeWork with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organizationSkills1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance and/or 3+ years of equivalent systems experience as an HR PractitionerUndergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience requiredExceptional communication, presentation and organizational skillsSelf-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to buildWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the timeBenefitsCompetitive salary + benefits + equityThe salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on locationA variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and locationCompany OverviewRippling is a workforce management platform that unifies HR, IT, and finance operations into a single system.
