They are seeking a Senior Financial Services Lead to drive the commercial success of their CX Intelligence & Risk Assurance platform within the BFSI sector, focusing on developing sales strategies and fostering client relationships.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement overlay sales strategies to complement primary sales initiatives and enhance overall revenueIdentify and target potential clients within the financial services industry to expand the customer baseCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with product offerings and market demandsMaintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat businessConduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordinglyPrepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvementDefine and articulate Infovista’s differentiated BFSI CX narrative, positioning the company at the intersection of customer experience, operational risk, and AI-driven interactionsShape high-value use cases that resonate with financial institutions, including fraud validation, authentication journey reliability, and AI agent safety within banking customer interactionsTranslate these capabilities into compelling C-level messaging, enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders such as CTO, CIO, and CX leadersDirectly support top strategic deals where vertical expertise is critical, while developing repeatable go-to-market plays that can be scaled across regions and accounts to consistently drive revenue growth in the financial services segmentTranslate customer challenges into concrete, solution-driven constructs, such as journey validation use cases and risk exposure scenarios that highlight business impactCollaborate closely with Product and Sales Engineering teams to co-design tailored solutions, while driving multi-stakeholder deal alignment, ensuring successful deal progression and closureAct as the primary voice of BFSI customers within the organization, bringing deep industry insight into internal decision-makingSkillsProven experience in sales or infrastructure consultancy within the financial services industry, preferably in an overlay sales capacityStrong understanding of CX software products, technologies, and market dynamicsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage customer relations and sales data effectivelyBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related fieldDeep understanding of: Fraud & identity workflows (ATO, authentication, risk signals)Deep understanding of: Contact center ecosystems (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect)Deep understanding of: AI-assisted servicing & LLM risks (hallucination, prompt control)Deep understanding of: Regulatory environments (PSD2, AML, compliance, auditability)Deep understanding of: Customer journey breakdowns across channelsBenefitsFlexible workplaces - adaptable work schedules, workspaces and locationsInclusive culture - everyone’s voice matter.Sustainability - environmental, social & governance programs (ESG Group)Innovative environment - shape the future of next gen networks.Competitive compensation & benefits plansCareer development plansAll employees complete mandatory IT security training and receive ongoing updates to stay ahead of cyber threats.Company OverviewInfoVista provides a leading product portfolio for 5G and Next Gen networks management.
