As a Practice Management Consultant, you will serve as a thought leader and strategic coach to wealth advisors, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and client experiences through storytelling and training programs.ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead advisor coaching and training programs centered on storytelling, consultative conversations, and relationship-buildingFacilitate engaging training using role play, simulations, and case studies to build advisor communication and presentation skillsCoach advisors individually and in groups to enhance client meeting impact, discovery conversations, and business development effectivenessDevelop scalable coaching tools utilizing AI technology for performance assessment and personalized feedbackCreate training resources, playbooks, and conversation frameworks that promote consistent, effective storytelling across the firmDeliver in-person and virtual training workshops for advisors at all experience levelsHelp advisors clearly and persuasively communicate complex financial topics in client-friendly waysCollaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify advisor development needs and implement targeted training solutionsSkillsBachelor's Degree requiredMinimum 7 years' financial services or wealth management experienceCFP® preferredProficiency in Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, and Nitrogen preferredCompany OverviewYour wealth plan shouldn’t sit still.
