They are seeking a Specialty Claims Adjuster for motorized powersports to advocate for insureds and claimants, assess damage, and negotiate repair costs for motorcycle and off-road vehicle claims. Responsibilities Serve as an advocate for both insureds and claimants, engaging in detailed discussions about Specialty Vehicle repairs Access claims through multiple platforms, reviewing policies, verifying coverages, and assessing prior claims Collaborate with repair shops, communicate directly with customers, and conduct virtual inspections to assess damage Create detailed estimates, research custom parts, perform total loss evaluations, and negotiate repair costs Explain estimates to customers, guide them through the claims process, and facilitate payments to ensure satisfaction and transparency Skills Minimum of 18 months experience in estimating damage for motorcycle, off-road vehicles, and snowmobiles using CCC or Mitchell Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims Ability to conduct estimates in real time and be on camera with customers during the process Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Allstate pension plan and 401(k) savings plan Ayco financial coaching Spring Health mental and emotional wellbeing resources Paid parental leave Adoption reimbursement Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Wellness incentives Company Overview Allstate is an insurance company that offers car, home, and life insurance services.
