Remote Powerpoint Specialist (Contract, 10-20 hrs/week)

Job Overview Do you have a way with words and an eye for design? We’re looking for a Presentation Specialist with STRONG Powerpoint skills to support our marketing strategy efforts with engaging content and impactful visuals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives creating content, primarily in Powerpoint or Google Slides, and enjoys working on a variety of business, brand and culture initiatives. R Circle is a Dallas-based boutique strategy firm supporting midsized businesses with growth and value creation through comprehensive brand and culture strategy. Responsibilities Content Creation: Write, edit, and design materials that align with our client’s brands. Ex. • Assemble and format reports for clients • Format/design a brand guide with DNA, voice, messaging and more • Develop pitch decks that bring our clients’ new ventures to life • Storyboard a video concept Ad Hoc Support: Support various projects as needed to keep our client’s content fresh and impactful. Ex. • Update brand templates with refreshed logos or color palettes • Organize content folders in Google Drive for easy team access • Build out editable templates for recurring reports or campaigns • Manage 3rd party vendors, such as with print and production • Build out internal materials, such as scope decks for new client opportunities and cross-functional brief-in documents for new project alignment Qualifications • Proficiency in PowerPoint (most essential) and other design tools (ex. Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) • Experience in content creation and basic graphic design (we use professional graphic designers for complex needs) • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Out-of-the-box thinking • Tech savviness, staying up to date on AI and solutions to enhance our outputs and efficiency • Detail-oriented and dependable with consistent follow-through on commitments and deadlines • 1-3 years of experience Logistics • Contract role with anticipated 10-20 billable hours per week • $22-35 per hour depending on experience • Work from home! With occasional internal or client onsite needs • Local to Dallas is preferred, but not mandatory. • This position is not eligible for benefits We go beyond traditional for our industry.
