[Remote] Power Platform Management Analyst/SharePoint Site Owner

They are seeking a full-time Power Platform Management Analyst/SharePoint Site Owner to support end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment across Microsoft Power Platform tools and manage SharePoint sites.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation or workflow improvementsDesign and configure scalable and secure Power Platform solutions aligned with established architecture standardsDevelop applications, automated workflows, data structures, and integrations following established best practices and governancePerform internal testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to validate solution qualityCreate clear documentation, including solution designs, process maps, and user support materialsHelp deploy solutions, gather user feedback, and make iterative enhancementsPlan and execute data modernization activities—such as migrating SharePoint lists to Dataverse (or other data sources) and performing data modeling, mapping, cleanup, and validation—to ensure scalable, reliable application foundationsHelp configure and administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content structuresEvaluate the organization of current file storage sites and design improved information architecture to enhance their usability, searchability, and governanceProvide user support, training, and documentation to help teams adopt improved SharePoint structures and best practicesDeliver assistance and guidance to end users as neededProvide excellent customer service and engagement with a diverse set of stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (e.g., mathematics, science, engineering)At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint design and/or administrationProven experience working with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and DataverseExperience with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and ExcelStrong problem-solving skills and experience analyzing business processes and data to inform solution designExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearanceMust be a U.S. citizen, as this position is not eligible for Limited Access AuthorizationsOptional experience with SQL or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, ArcGIS, or VBA to support advanced automation and integrationsBenefitsHealth and dental insuranceLife insuranceLong-term disabilityEducational benefitsFSAsA generous 401k planProfit sharingAn EAP11-20 paid vacation days per year10 paid holidays per year56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time)Company OverviewERG is a consulting and environmental services and consulting firm.
