Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex healthcare-related problems
ā¢ Evaluate AI outputs for logic, accuracy, and performance
ā¢ Ensure the medical accuracy and overall quality of model responses
Skills
ā¢ Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
ā¢ A current or in-progress medical or healthcare-related degree
ā¢ Expertise in healthcare
ā¢ Relevant backgrounds including Revenue Cycle Management & Patient Finance
ā¢ Pharmacy Operations (Pharm Tech)
ā¢ Laboratory Services and Operations (Lab Tech)
ā¢ Clinical Support & Ambulatory Operations
